Metabolic Age

Metabolic age is calculated by comparing an individual’s Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) to the BMR average of their chronological age group.

If your metabolic age is bigger than their actual age, you will need to reconsider your current lifestyle and diet plan; increased exercise builds healthy muscle tissue, which in turn will improve metabolic age. We once measured a very fit ex-professional football player, having Metabolic Age of a 17 year old in his 70s!
